Every Tuesday at 7.00 pm we have training for everyone led by our expert instructors. All members are welcome. We start with a warm-up and afterwards there are different climbing exercises that can inspire you and motivate you to push your climbing skills further.
During the session we climb together regardless of age and climbing experience.
In Odense klatreklub climbing for children means family climbing. Therefore, the child must bring an adult who also participate in the training.
Every Thursday at 4.30 pm to 6 pm we have training for children and their family where we play and do climbing exercises that are suitable for 7- to 12-year-old. The level is raised by the participation of the parents.
The main theme is basic motor skills that can be used in all sports. The framework is mixed sports and climbing. The actual climbing is divided into activities for children and adults, both together and separately.
The child must be a member to participate.
The parent must have participated in the introduction course or equivalent before belaying the child.
The parent does not have to be a member of the climbing gym.
Climbing for Juniors
Juniors climb on Mondays at 5 pm to 7 pm. The Junior class is for members aged 12 to 17 years who want to develop their climbing skills and have fun with peers. It is focused training for the abilities and needs of this age group. On this team, the children climb with each other and therefore also learn to belay each other.
