For the ambitious climbers, or those who just want to also do something else than climbing, we have a room for training.

The rules for using the gym as well as training tips and recommended workouts are written on posters in the gym.

The training room is filled with equipment that enables training that particularly benefit climbing. The heavy compound exercises with a standard 20 kg barbell and up to 130 kg load are possible in exercises such as squats, deadlifts and bench presses. It is also built for training pull-ups, muscle-ups, dips, front-levers as well as exercises to hang in the fingers on a variety of hangboards, with both crimps, jugs and slopers.

Use of the training room is at your own risk, but you are welcome to ask an instructor for help.

Remember to warm up and take good care of yourself and each other!
