We have introduction to climbing every Wednesday at 5:30 pm and Sunday at 1:30 pm. The course is for you if you are considering joining the club or if you just want to try out top rope climbing.
The climbing course costs 100 kr. You do not have to sign up beforehand, just be there the Wednesday or Sunday that suits you best. Don’t be late, it is better to be there 5 min early.
The introduction course consists of:
- 2 x climbing within 14 days.
- Safety instruction the first day.
- Harness, shoes, and belay device both days.
You must be minimum 15 years old to participate in the introduction course. Children younger than 15 years can participate together with a parent/adult. If it is only the child that is climbing the introduction course is free for the adult.
We do not have any heating in the gym, so ware worm clothes during the wintertime.
